Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Building Manager to oversee the daily operation and maintenance of a residential building. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of residents, while maintaining the building’s facilities and managing staff and contractors.

Duties

Oversee the day-to-day management of the residential building, ensuring smooth operations.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.
Manage building security and health & safety procedures in compliance with UK regulations.
Liaise with residents, addressing complaints, requests, and providing excellent customer service.
Conduct regular inspections of the building and common areas.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including fire safety, health & safety, and building regulations.
Lead and supervise building staff and contractors, providing guidance and support.
Facilitate building inspections and liaise with relevant authorities when required.
Requirements

Proven experience in building management, facilities management, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of UK building safety, health & safety, and legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of building maintenance systems and procedures.
Preferably Polish-speaking.
